Discover how to transform your shotgun metagenomic sequencing data into meaningful insights with our upcoming webinar on the CosmosID-HUB. NEXTFLEX™ WGS library kit users will learn how they can leverage complimentary analysis credits to seamlessly explore and analyze their sequencing data using the HUB’s cutting-edge tools.
The CosmosID-HUB is a powerful, cloud-based bioinformatics platform designed for the rapid and detailed analysis of raw metagenomic sequencing data. Featuring an intuitive interface and robust analytical capabilities, the HUB offers high-resolution taxonomic profiling, functional characterization, and cohort comparative analysis. With specialized workflows like CHAMP for human microbiome research and Kepler for non-human and environmental studies, the CosmosID-HUB is the ultimate solution for diverse research applications, including clinical, environmental, and agricultural studies.
Join Britton Strickland, Ph.D. (Field Application Scientist) and Gustav Lindved (Senior Scientific Product Manager) as they introduce the CosmosID-HUB and its award-winning workflows. They will guide you through tailored workflows for human microbiome research, environmental monitoring, and agricultural applications such as poultry health. Don’t miss this opportunity to see how advanced bioinformatics can unlock the full potential of your metagenomic data!
Speakers
Britton Strickland, Ph.D.
Field Application Scientist, CosmosID, Inc.
Dr. Strickland received his Ph.D. in Microbe-Host Interactions from Vanderbilt University. With experience in traditionalmicrobiology, next-generation sequencing, and bioinformatics, he now aids researchers in their microbiome projects as the Field Application Scientist at CosmosID. He leverages this expertise with a systems biology approach, utilizing multi-omics to dig further into the microbial populations in all environments. His role is to support researcher's data analysis needs with the cloud-based microbiome analysis software, the CosmosID-HUB.
Gustav Lindved
